Product overview
Entry gaming laptops live or die on sustained power rather than headline specifications. The RTX 2050 here runs at a modest sustained board power, so it handles esports titles at high frame rates on the 144 Hz panel but requires reduced settings in demanding AAA games. The 144 Hz refresh is genuinely useful for competitive play, and the 70 Wh battery is reasonable, though gaming unplugged throttles heavily as it does on every laptop in this class.

Wrong product for my situation
Genuinely my own fault. Posting so somebody else does not repeat it. The listing says who should avoid this: Anyone expecting high settings in recent AAA titles, or needing long battery life — gaming unplugged throttles sharply. That was my situation and I ordered anyway. It does what it says on the page — it just was not the thing I needed.

Listing was accurate, which is rarer than it should be
144 Hz display is a real advantage in esports titles. That was the whole reason I picked this over the cheaper options, and it is exactly as described. Also worth mentioning: Ryzen 5 7535HS handles modern CPU loads well. No regrets after most of a year.

Happy with it, but go in informed
144 Hz display is a real advantage in esports titles. The one thing to know before ordering: RTX 2050 needs reduced settings in AAA games. To be fair that is written on the product page. I skimmed past it and had to rearrange things afterwards.
