Editorial verdict
Grounded in published specifications
Summary verdict: Roughly Rs25 a load and 2100 W make this an expensive way to dry clothes in a country where sunlight is free most of the year -- its case is the monsoon, and for a few months it is a genuinely good one. The specification to check before buying is that it is a vented dryer: it must expel warm damp air through a hose to outside, and a dryer venting into a closed utility room will make that room damp instead.
Who should buy this
Households in heavy monsoon regions with somewhere to vent the hose outside.
Who should avoid this
Anyone with no external vent route, and anyone who can line-dry most of the year.
Key strengths
- Dries a full 5.5 kg load in about 90 minutes regardless of weather

Limitations

Be ready for one thing — Roughly Rs25 a load
Leading with the problem, because it is what I would have wanted to read: Roughly Rs25 a load, about Rs3,840 a year at three loads a week. Must be vented outside; venting indoors makes the room damp. Neither is hidden — both are listed on the page — but they matter more in daily use than they look on a spec sheet. I have kept it, for one reason: Dries a full 5.5 kg load in about 90 minutes regardless of weather. That still outweighs the rest, but only just.

Posting after real use, not unboxing
Had this most of a year now, so this is not an unboxing opinion. Anti-crease tumbling after the cycle reduces ironing. Still mildly irritated by one thing: Roughly Rs25 a load, about Rs3,840 a year at three loads a week. Known trade-off rather than a fault, though, and I would buy it again.

Matched my use exactly
The page describes who this is for, and it described me: Households in heavy monsoon regions with somewhere to vent the hose outside. On that basis it has been the right call. Dries a full 5.5 kg load in about 90 minutes regardless of weather.
