After a few months
Had this six weeks now, so this is not an unboxing opinion. On-device schedules and light sensor work without internet. Still mildly irritated by one thing: Fits round rods only — I-rail and U-rail need different variants. Known trade-off rather than a fault, though, and I would buy it again.

Not the product’s fault, but be warned
Genuinely my own fault. Posting so somebody else does not repeat it. The listing says who should avoid this: Anyone with I-rail or U-rail curtain tracks — this variant does not fit them. That was my situation and I ordered anyway. It does what it says on the page — it just was not the thing I needed.
