Editorial verdict
Grounded in published specifications
Summary verdict: Natural latex is the specification that needs stating before purchase rather than after, because latex allergy is common and TheraBand's non-latex line is a separate product. The colour coding is the real value: physiotherapy protocols in India and elsewhere are written against these exact colours, so a prescribed exercise translates directly. Latex degrades in heat, so expect one to two years.

After a few months
Had this most of a year now, so this is not an unboxing opinion. Flat bands allow grip anywhere along the length, unlike handled tubes. Still mildly irritated by one thing: Natural latex, so unsuitable for anyone with a latex allergy. Known trade-off rather than a fault, though, and I would buy it again.

Not the product’s fault, but be warned
Genuinely my own fault. Posting so somebody else does not repeat it. The listing says who should avoid this: Anyone with a latex allergy — the non-latex TheraBand line is the correct product. That was my situation and I ordered anyway. It does what it says on the page — it just was not the thing I needed.

Read the fit note, and it was me
The page describes who this is for, and it described me: Anyone following a physiotherapy protocol written against TheraBand colour resistances. On that basis it has been the right call. Colour coding matches clinical physiotherapy protocols directly.

Four stars, and here is the fifth — Natural latex
Colour coding matches clinical physiotherapy protocols directly. The one thing to know before ordering: Natural latex, so unsuitable for anyone with a latex allergy. To be fair that is written on the product page. I skimmed past it and had to rearrange things afterwards.
