Editorial verdict
Grounded in published specifications
Summary verdict: MIL-STD-810G on a phone case is worth understanding for what it is not: a test methodology, not a certification anyone grants or audits, where the manufacturer chooses the drop height and declares its own result. That said, the design details here are the ones that matter in practice -- a 1.5 mm camera bezel keeps the lens off the table, and pigmented TPU does not yellow the way clear cases do.
Who should buy this

My mistake, but read the avoid note
Genuinely my own fault. Posting so somebody else does not repeat it. The listing says who should avoid this: Anyone using MagSafe accessories — there are no magnets, so mounts and wallets will not hold. That was my situation and I ordered anyway. It does what it says on the page — it just was not the thing I needed.

Does the one thing I bought it for
Pigmented TPU does not yellow with UV, unlike clear cases. That was the whole reason I picked this over the cheaper options, and it is exactly as described. Also worth mentioning: 1.5 mm camera bezel genuinely keeps the lenses off surfaces. Nothing has surprised me in a full season.

Posting after real use, not unboxing
Had this a full season now, so this is not an unboxing opinion. 1.5 mm camera bezel genuinely keeps the lenses off surfaces. Still mildly irritated by one thing: No MagSafe magnets, so MagSafe mounts and wallets slide off. Known trade-off rather than a fault, though, and I would buy it again.

Fine, once I adjusted my expectations
Leading with the problem, because it is what I would have wanted to read: No MagSafe magnets, so MagSafe mounts and wallets slide off. MIL-STD-810G here is self-certified, not independently verified. Neither is hidden — both are listed on the page — but they matter more in daily use than they look on a spec sheet. I have kept it, for one reason: Pigmented TPU does not yellow with UV, unlike clear cases. That still outweighs the rest, but only just.

Read the fit note, and it was me
The page describes who this is for, and it described me: Anyone wanting slim protection with good grip and no yellowing. On that basis it has been the right call. Pigmented TPU does not yellow with UV, unlike clear cases.
