My mistake, but read the avoid note
Genuinely my own fault. Posting so somebody else does not repeat it. The listing says who should avoid this: Anyone treating the insulated pockets as refrigeration for a full day out. That was my situation and I ordered anyway. It does what it says on the page — it just was not the thing I needed.

Right product for the right person
The page describes who this is for, and it described me: Parents wanting hands-free carrying with genuine organisation rather than one large compartment. On that basis it has been the right call. Eleven pockets, so things are findable one handed.

Specs match the listing
I compared four of these on paper before ordering, so the line I actually checked was "Age grading". The page says Not applicable, and that is what turned up. Eleven pockets, so things are findable one handed.

Three stars, and here is exactly why
Leading with the problem, because it is what I would have wanted to read: Insulated is not refrigerated — roughly 2 to 3 hours of cooling only. 20 litres is tight for a full day with two children. Neither is hidden — both are listed on the page — but they matter more in daily use than they look on a spec sheet. I have kept it, for one reason: Eleven pockets, so things are findable one handed. That still outweighs the rest, but only just.

Posting after real use, not unboxing
Had this a couple of weeks now, so this is not an unboxing opinion. Front-access wipes pocket openable without putting the bag down. Still mildly irritated by one thing: Insulated is not refrigerated — roughly 2 to 3 hours of cooling only. Known trade-off rather than a fault, though, and I would buy it again.
