Be ready for one thing — No LDAC or aptX
Leading with the problem, because it is what I would have wanted to read: No LDAC or aptX; AAC is the ceiling on Android. ANC handles engine noise far better than speech. Neither is hidden — both are listed on the page — but they matter more in daily use than they look on a spec sheet. I have kept it, for one reason: 49 dB hybrid ANC is exceptional at this price. That still outweighs the rest, but only just.

No notes
49 dB hybrid ANC is exceptional at this price. That was the whole reason I picked this over the cheaper options, and it is exactly as described. Also worth mentioning: IP55 is more robust than the usual IPX4. No regrets after a full season.

Right product for the right person
The page describes who this is for, and it described me: Commuters who want meaningful noise cancellation without spending five figures. On that basis it has been the right call. 49 dB hybrid ANC is exceptional at this price.

Posting after real use, not unboxing
Had this six weeks now, so this is not an unboxing opinion. IP55 is more robust than the usual IPX4. Still mildly irritated by one thing: No LDAC or aptX; AAC is the ceiling on Android. Known trade-off rather than a fault, though, and I would buy it again.
