Editorial verdict
Grounded in published specifications
Summary verdict: AHAM certification is the reason to take its 240 CADR seriously where other purifiers' figures are self-declared under a looser standard -- the number has been verified by a third party. Two real limits: there is no air quality sensor, so it never adjusts itself, and the effective room size is about 20 square metres, which is a bedroom rather than a living room. At 24 dB it is the quietest thing here.
Who should buy this
Anyone wanting a genuinely quiet bedroom purifier with a third-party-verified CADR.

Good, with one thing to plan for
CADR certified by AHAM rather than self-declared. The one thing to know before ordering: No air quality sensor, so it never adjusts itself. To be fair that is written on the product page. I skimmed past it and had to rearrange things afterwards.

Holding up so far
Had this most of a year now, so this is not an unboxing opinion. 24 dB on low, quiet enough to be inaudible in a bedroom. Still mildly irritated by one thing: No air quality sensor, so it never adjusts itself. Known trade-off rather than a fault, though, and I would buy it again.

Not the product’s fault, but be warned
Genuinely my own fault. Posting so somebody else does not repeat it. The listing says who should avoid this: Anyone with a large living room, or anyone wanting automatic control — there is no sensor. That was my situation and I ordered anyway. It does what it says on the page — it just was not the thing I needed.

Right product for the right person
The page describes who this is for, and it described me: Anyone wanting a genuinely quiet bedroom purifier with a third-party-verified CADR. On that basis it has been the right call. CADR certified by AHAM rather than self-declared.
