Editorial verdict
Grounded in published specifications
Summary verdict: Drying removes water and concentrates everything left, which is why dried fruit runs fifty-five to seventy grams of sugar per hundred where the fresh equivalent is a fraction of that. It is not added sugar, it is the fruit's own, and the body largely does not distinguish. The label detail worth checking is whether any pieces are sweetened as well as dried, and whether sulphur dioxide has been used.

Three stars, and here is exactly why
Leading with the problem, because it is what I would have wanted to read: 55 to 70 g sugar per 100 g from concentration. May contain sulphur dioxide as a preservative. Neither is hidden — both are listed on the page — but they matter more in daily use than they look on a spec sheet. I have kept it, for one reason: 6 to 8 g fibre per 100 g. That still outweighs the rest, but only just.

Checked the per 100 g claim
I compared four of these on paper before ordering, so the line I actually checked was "Per 100 g". The page says Roughly 300 to 350 kcal and 55 to 70 g sugar, depending on the fruit proportions, and that is what turned up. 6 to 8 g fibre per 100 g.

Right product for the right person
The page describes who this is for, and it described me: Anyone wanting a fibre-containing snack who treats it as concentrated rather than free. On that basis it has been the right call. 6 to 8 g fibre per 100 g.

Posting after real use, not unboxing
Had this six weeks now, so this is not an unboxing opinion. No refrigeration needed and long shelf life. Still mildly irritated by one thing: 55 to 70 g sugar per 100 g from concentration. Known trade-off rather than a fault, though, and I would buy it again.

No notes
6 to 8 g fibre per 100 g. That was the whole reason I picked this over the cheaper options, and it is exactly as described. Also worth mentioning: No refrigeration needed and long shelf life. No regrets after a couple of weeks.
