Editorial verdict
Grounded in published specifications
Summary verdict: Piece count is the least useful number on the box -- roughly two thirds of the 299 are adhesive bandages in assorted sizes. The genuinely important things are what is not in it: no medication of any kind, which is why it ships without a pharmacy licence, and no compliance with the Indian first aid schedules a workplace is actually inspected against. As a household kit it is well organised and complete.

Happy with it, but go in informed
Hard case with dividers, so contents stay findable under stress. The one thing to know before ordering: Two thirds of the piece count is assorted adhesive bandages. To be fair that is written on the product page. I skimmed past it and had to rearrange things afterwards.

Right product for the right person
The page describes who this is for, and it described me: Households and cars wanting a well-organised kit for minor injuries. On that basis it has been the right call. Hard case with dividers, so contents stay findable under stress.

Wrong product for my situation
Genuinely my own fault. Posting so somebody else does not repeat it. The listing says who should avoid this: Any Indian workplace buying to satisfy a statutory first aid requirement — this is not assembled to those schedules. That was my situation and I ordered anyway. It does what it says on the page — it just was not the thing I needed.
