Direct answer: is the VASAGLE Industrial Rustic Wooden Coffee Table (LCT61X) right for you?
The rustic woodgrain is printed foil over particleboard, which is worth knowing for one practical reason: it cannot be sanded, refinished or repaired, so a chip is permanent where solid wood would be fixable.

Editorial verdict
Grounded in published specifications
Summary verdict: The rustic woodgrain is printed foil over particleboard, which is worth knowing for one practical reason: it cannot be sanded, refinished or repaired, so a chip is permanent where solid wood would be fixable. The steel X-brace is properly rigid. As a dry-living-room table it is good value; it is not furniture that will be passed on.

Be ready for one thing — Printed foil over particleboard
Leading with the problem, because it is what I would have wanted to read: Printed foil over particleboard — chips are permanent and unrepairable. Cut edges swell irreversibly in humidity. Neither is hidden — both are listed on the page — but they matter more in daily use than they look on a spec sheet. I have kept it, for one reason: Rigid steel X-brace with no wobble once assembled. That still outweighs the rest, but only just.

Wrong product for my situation
Genuinely my own fault. Posting so somebody else does not repeat it. The listing says who should avoid this: Anyone expecting solid wood, or wanting furniture that can be refinished later. That was my situation and I ordered anyway. It does what it says on the page — it just was not the thing I needed.

Right product for the right person
The page describes who this is for, and it described me: Anyone wanting the industrial look at flat-pack pricing for a dry living room. On that basis it has been the right call. Rigid steel X-brace with no wobble once assembled.

Listing was accurate, which is rarer than it should be
Rigid steel X-brace with no wobble once assembled. That was the whole reason I picked this over the cheaper options, and it is exactly as described. Also worth mentioning: 100 x 50 cm is a genuinely useful coffee table size. Been using it now for two months.

Holding up so far
Had this two months now, so this is not an unboxing opinion. 100 x 50 cm is a genuinely useful coffee table size. Still mildly irritated by one thing: Printed foil over particleboard — chips are permanent and unrepairable. Known trade-off rather than a fault, though, and I would buy it again.
