Read the fit note, and it was me
The page describes who this is for, and it described me: Buyers who keep a phone five years or more, or who want into the Apple ecosystem cheaply. On that basis it has been the right call. Longest software support of any phone at this price.

My mistake, but read the avoid note
Genuinely my own fault. Posting so somebody else does not repeat it. The listing says who should avoid this: Anyone who will notice a 60 Hz display after using a 120 Hz one. That was my situation and I ordered anyway. It does what it says on the page — it just was not the thing I needed.

Fine, once I adjusted my expectations
Leading with the problem, because it is what I would have wanted to read: 60 Hz display when Rs16,000 Android phones offer 120 Hz. 20 W charging and a 3240 mAh battery. Neither is hidden — both are listed on the page — but they matter more in daily use than they look on a spec sheet. I have kept it, for one reason: Longest software support of any phone at this price. That still outweighs the rest, but only just.

After a few months
Had this about a month now, so this is not an unboxing opinion. A15 Bionic still outperforms most current mid-range Android chips. Still mildly irritated by one thing: 60 Hz display when Rs16,000 Android phones offer 120 Hz. Known trade-off rather than a fault, though, and I would buy it again.

The research behind this page
Independent guides that work through the numbers on this kind of product.
- How many years of updates will your phone actually get? 19 phones comparedSoftware support ranges from one Android upgrade to seven at almost identical prices, and no Indian retail listing prints it. This compares the published commitments across every phone in our catalogue and explains why the number matters more than the processor.Covers this department8 min read
- Why a 20,000 mAh power bank does not give you 20,000 mAhA 20,000 mAh power bank delivers roughly 13,000 mAh to your phone, not 20,000. The gap is cell voltage and conversion loss, it applies to every power bank ever made, and the arithmetic takes thirty seconds to check.Covers this department7 min read
