Sony WF-1000XM5 Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds

₹19,990

The best noise cancellation available in an earbud, and unlike cheaper implementations it handles speech, not just engine drone.

Nothing

₹7,999

LDAC is what separates this from everything cheaper: on a high-resolution source the difference is audible, not theoretical.

Buy it if: Frequent flyers and open-plan office workers where cancelling voices matters.

Avoid it if: Anyone prioritising total battery life — cheaper sets last twice as long.

Buy it if: Android users on a lossless streaming tier who will actually use LDAC.

Avoid it if: iPhone users — iOS has no LDAC support, so the main advantage disappears.
